small groups

Most members of Christ Church are members of small groups that meet weekly in homes in and around Surbiton.

Small groups are at the heart of Christ Church. Essentially, they are places where more focused spiritual growth can take place, and where we can reach out to our community.

Each small group belongs to a cluster, a group of small groups.  Each cluster meets as a larger group once per term for worship, prayer, encouragement and often food!  The cluster leaders (Area Pastors) support and care for the groups in their cluster.

There are 15 home groups at Christ Church. Members meet either weekly or fortnightly in the homes of members of the church.  Every group has its own character, but most have a mixture of different ages, backgrounds, married and single people; you are welcome to try any of them.
