Beryl is administratively responsible for French daily tear-off Bible calendars published in France. She provides these for Christian workers to sell or give away, and also distributes them herself; in Dakar, in Thies, and in the south, mainly to Muslims. In Dakar, Beryl rents a house and offers accommodation to Christian workers during their stay in the capital city. She preaches regularly and supports local Christian initiatives. Beryl initially went from Surbiton to Senegal in 1961 serving with WEC and spent her pre-retirement years teaching. Christ Church helps Beryl financially through the Mission Gift Day.
